J. Christopher Walsh

With 30 years of experience managing commercial real estate, Chris Walsh founded Keating Properties, LLC in 2014 to deliver premium service for specialized real estate markets.

KPLLC excels at revitalizing underperforming properties by leveraging industry-leading resources to enhance strategies, optimize lease agreements, and maximize returns on investment. On average, the annual rent and appraised value of long-time properties under their care has more than tripled.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Walsh has been active in the healthcare industry. In 1990, he founded Arlington Associates, Inc. to design and implement health care programs. His nationwide clients have included insurance carriers, self-insured employers, state funds, as well as state, county, and city governments, software vendors, and health care companies.

Walsh holds a Master's degree in Health Management from American University and a Bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.
